It's no wonder that Perpetual Motion is her moniker. Marilu Henne's whole life is testimony to how powerful her healthy lifestyle has been. She believes good health is the key to success. However, this wasn't always the case earlier. In her teens she observed as her weight increased. Her stomach was constantly aching, and she ate emotionally. In her 50's, when both of her parents had died-her mother due to problems with arthritis and her father due a fatal heart attack-she recognized that she required control over her own life. It wasn't about diets however, the goal was to improve our overall health and create a lifestyle that would maximize the capacity of our bodies to perform.
