Linda Edna Cardellini was born in Redwood City, California, to Lorraine (Hernan) and Wayne David Cardellini, a businessman. Linda is of Italian origins (her paternal great-grandpa), Irish, German, English and Scottish (her mother). Linda was the youngest child of four in San Francisco Bay, California. As a ten-year-old old, Linda was captivated by acting when she performed a musical role in her school's Christmas production. She also continued doing school plays and the community theater. Linda attended Saint Francis High School Mountain View California. After graduation her school, she faced a decision. Should she move into New York and pursue theatre or Los Angeles in order to pursue a degree in film and TV? LA was the best option for her. Linda was on Bone Chillers (1996), her first appearance in the role. Freaks and Geeks, 1999 was her breakout part. In the critically acclaimed show, she played the role of decathlete Lindsay Weir. The show won the Emmy Award under the category of Outstanding Casting Comedy Series.

Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson (born 5 April 1989), better known by her stage name Lily James, is an English actress from the UK. Her first acting experience began by appearing on Just William in 2010, an British television show. Cinderella was her breakthrough part after her role in the role of the character Lady Rose MacClare, in Downton Abbey's period drama (2012-2015). James went on to portray Countess Natasha Rostova in the television adaptation of War & Peace (2016) and also appeared in a variety of films. These included the action film Baby Driver (2017), the period dramas Darkest Hour (2017), The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018) and The Dig (2021), and the musicals Mamma Mia! We're Back (2019) as well as Yesterday (2018). She was nominated for an Golden Globe Award and a Primetime Emmy Award in 2022 in her role as Pamela Anderson, the star of Pam & Tommy.
