Madhuri Dixit

MadhuriMadhuri dixit was an Indian actress who is well-known for her performances in the movies 'Beta' "Saajan" and "Hum Aapke Hain Koun . Her professional career started in the early 1980s. She gained fame through her role as a support actor in the movie Tezaab. In the movie 'Dil she appeared with Aamir Khan. She was born in an Mumbai middle-class family and began dancing at an early age. She tried her hand at acting when she was young and it was not easy. Most of her first film projects failed. Her career eventually took off and she went on to become one of the top actresses in the Indian film industry. She had a short break from her career following her marriage prior to returning to the entertainment business. Dixit was also an integral role in the movie "Gulaab Gang," which was a documentary about the struggles of women from India. Dixit was nominated for 15 Filmfare Awards. She won eight. She was also honored with the Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian honor in India. She is well-known for her work in the field of social service and also for her charitable work.
